I worked on translating Adidas’ global campaign assets for emerging market retail, where the same campaign had to work across very different store formats and physical spaces. The work covered Originals, Superstar and Performance, from large window graphics to smaller product displays.

In my role as Senior Integrated Designer, I took the global master artwork and adapted it into production-ready retail assets, while building layouts that could flex across different sizes and touchpoints. I also created spatial mockups to test how the designs would actually sit within each store before they went into production.

The main challenge was keeping each campaign recognisably Adidas while giving different sub-brands room to feel distinct. I built modular templates with fixed brand elements and flexible layouts, which made it easier to adapt the work across everything from shoe racks to full-scale window installations.
